What we store

We are built to hold as little as possible. Your plan progress and any journal entries are stored on your own device in your browser, not on our servers. The panic box never transmits or stores what you type into it.

Payments

When you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your email and card details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and understand which pages are used, without building profiles of individual people.

Your choices
